Founded among the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains during the year of our Lord 2023, DistilledBison was originally formed as a creative outlet to satiate the crayon hungry ghoul that resides within every designer. Over time, it has morphed into an award winning design firm with a focus on the outdoor industry (almost exclusively guns). We’ve taken our learnings from consumer power tools and precision shooting equipment to combine them and create some of the best **** products your AR (or pistol) has ever seen.
Our in-house storefront, aptly named the “Distillery”, is a collection of our proprietary work that we fully design from the ground-up and sell directly to you.
For now, its a Grip and a Bung, but tomorrow might be a range bag, a knife, a suppressor (silencer depending on who you ask) or anything in between. So come on in, grab yourself a drink, and watch us break something.
The Distiller
Most know me as Ryan,(Founder/Design Lead) My main goal as a “Designer of Things” is to make cool stuff. Stuff that people want to buy. Stuff that goes against the grain, contrary to popular trends and ideals. Stuff that is complex in process but simple in nature. Stuff that makes me look back and say, “Dang, I made some cool stuff.”
My hobbies include mud wrestling engineering, arguing with salesmen on why Pantone 405C is not just Gray, and anything outdoors that involves a stick shaped object.
What does “DistilledBison” mean? IDK It means something to me, I haven’t quite figured it out yet but there’s something there……maybe tag along and we find out together?
